The artists Michael Geudner and Eugene Fass have developed a deep friendship since 2003. Their shared passion lead them to start a business partnership. With their mutual thorough training in painting, their art is a joint effort that brings their different worlds together and portrays their mastery of oneness. They specialize in large, almost hyperrealistic paintings that feature subjects in action. Geudner and Fass blend their painting abilities with their experience in marketing, graphic design, and interior design. The incredible trademark of Fass and Geudner is the gift that comes with mastering journey and talent. Their pieces are timeless, relating to all viewers who set their hearts on them and making their presence known in all settings.
Geudner and Fass are open to different themes but, in their portfolio, they have created distinct impact with their painted portrayals of ballerinas. Their attention to detail is impeccable, as shown in a series of paintings that feature legendary artists and musicians such as Keith Richards and John Lee Hooker. They are also known for their breathtaking depictions of wildlife. Their oversize canvases bring you face to face with enlarged images of lions, rhinos, zebras, gorillas, and other majestic animals. Each piece carries a life of its own, communicating unity, strength, nature, and passion. The heart and depth in these works immerse the viewers in a journey out of the ordinary into the mystery and wonders of the animal world.
Fass and Geudner are driven to share their artistry with the world and have exhibited worldwide showcasing their rare, majestic paintings. Their work emphasizes the foreground in all its detailed glory while the background stays bare and neutral. They prefer working with subtle colors: black, white, gray, and brown. The result is mind-blowing, all thanks to their intricate details. Making use of irregular lines gives the impression that the focal point is in the middle of an action. Their human subjects are seen in unnatural or unlikely poses, portraying a unique form of realism.
Such grand pieces have made their way into museums, homes, offices, and exhibitions as breathtaking, awe-inspiring, majestic, and at times ethereal representations of life. Vivid sketches, subtle lines, and fierce emotion enthrall their viewers. Existential pieces symbolize the greatness of life and emotion, honoring Geudner and Fass as true masters of contemporary art.
